Refinish wood floors, replace carpets, and install wood floors to dining room and stairs. Houston, TX
Do you have Kahrs hardwood in Oak San Jose, and if so what is the cost? How much do you charge for installation - two story house, concrete slab on 1st floor, wood sub floor on 2nd floor, about 2500 sq feet to have new flooring. Do you install hardwood not purchased through your company, i.e. If I purchased the Kahrs flooring by mail order do you install it? If so, is it the same installation price as above? Pearland, TX

My house is 98 years old, and I was told a few years ago when I bought it that the floors had been sanded and refinished as many times as possible, thus further refinishing was not practical. I would really like to preserve these floors if possible and would like a fresh, professional opinion about the possibility of preservation/refinishing/coating. Hardwoods consist of entry hall, dining room, living room, and sunroom. Thanks! Houston, TX
